What are your operating hours?
By appointment only.
Are same day appointments available?
Same day appointments are always welcome (when available) However, the recommendation is to book in advance.
What if I am late arriving to my appointment?
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been specially arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will do our best to provide you with the services you have booked, but we cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late. Full payment for your scheduled services will be expected.
What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at your earliest convenience
For late notice cancellations, please call us directly at 0403 872 223 as soon as possible.
Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Debit Card or Credit Card
What if I fall asleep?
It’s very possible that you may get drowsy during the massage, so don’t worry if you fall asleep. If you fall asleep, I know you are relaxed (which is a good thing). It isn’t a problem and I can simply wake you up to let you know when the massage has ended. You are welcome to take a few minutes to yourself to keep relaxing and soak it all in before getting dressed and continuing with your day.
Health Rebates
Health Rebates are available and can be claimed directly through your health fund. Please ensure you inform me on arrival that you intend to claim for a health fund before commencing your massage treatment.
Health Fund rebates are available for Remedial treatments only.
